LOST and FOUND My Chicken Wire #3

In this rectangle shaped medium size sculpture, Karmin decided to use chicken wire as her base. Using chicken wire gave her the opportunity to bend her sculpture to make it actually pop and flow off the wall which gives it more movement. Another reason for the chicken wire is that it makes the sculpture very light weight and adds another form of texture and interest to the sculpture. LOST and FOUND My Chicken Wire #3 is an eye-catching piece of wall art that is ready to hang horizontally. Karmin chose to create a beautiful abstract seascape of the rolling waves coming in. There are hints of color at the horizon line to represent the sun's rays. Karmin hand curls all the different sizes and shapes of dyed wood one at a time to create this lively accent modern wood sculpture with tons of twists and curves. This style of contemporary organic artwork has never been done before, it is very avant-garde. It is a one of a kind new style of art that you will never find anyplace else.
