Artist statement
Freedom Tower 620a1 is a geometric abstract of the Freedom Tower and clouds both above and reflected on it. There are several versions of the main image (Freedom Tower 620), each limited to 3 prints for each version. In this version (620a1) I have reduced the contrast so the sky becomes pastels, and I have also reduced color saturation so the building takes on a somewhat duller tone in the shadowed areas, contrasting with the very mirror-like front surface, producing the lighting seen with a bright haze sky.
