About the art

Artist statement
This work is nostalgic to me.
I have an amazing memory of Canada Day 2020 cliff jumping off the Gravenhurst cliffs in Muskoka. I was with friends and my boyfriend at the time.
We watched fireworks and drank coolers.
My boyfriend would turn into my ex and those friends would drift away. But I still have those amazing memories.
The work appears to float off the wall due to a special float mounting on the back of each piece.
Technicals:
PolyPro print under 1/4 inch high-quality, shatter-resistant, clear acrylic glass.
Custom cut to shape, mounted to custom 10mm trim board backing.
Mounting templates and certificate of authenticity included.
A signature sticker is placed on the back of the piece.
