Diptych panels inset with oil on canvas. Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
Two panels: 72H x 12W x 1-4D inches and 48H x 12W x 1-4D inches
Exploring curves within rigid metal box construction was a natural step for us. Softening, feminizing the metal, the arcs reference aspects of geometry and balance while playing a foil to the angularity and slope of the metal construction. The paintings seen through cutouts in the metal and multihued, multilayered oil on canvas. The closer the viewer gets, the more they see.
