Our exploration of eclipses is one which focusses around themes of connection. Circles can represent unity and balance, but the overlapping circles amplifies these notions even further and is especially significant for us as two artists and sisters working together. This piece has many textures and hues in the painting the closer you look. The panels are trapezoidal and slope from thick to thin top to bottom giving a very human, hovering presence on the wall.
