Artist statement
Abstract portrait of famous 60s model Twiggy. Inspired by my love of haute couture fashion in the mod 60s. This is a pixelated portrait of Twiggy made from many squares.
I like this palette as it feels like a beautifully designed and thought out room in a house up close and like a face from further away. Small abstracted impressionist painting 30x40cm. Acrylic painting on cardboard is unframed.
