Artist statement
The underwater world is both a beautiful and dangerous place, hiding amazing and diverse life forms beneath the water column. It is filled with colorful coral reefs, exotic fish and mysterious deep-sea creatures. However, this world also harbors dangers: predatory fish, poisonous jellyfish, and stealthy sea monsters. Although many of these threats may be exaggerated by human fears, the underwater world remains an area where beauty and danger exist side by side.
