Two shall become One…
We never outgrow our need for true companionship. We are wired to long for the red passion of friendship and companionship. We also have a deep inner need for faith (blue) and for companionship with God. When we feel valued our lines overlap. We colour each other’s lives.
Trust can be a fragile thing, but it is the foundation on which all relationships are built.
A true relationship is a trust given and trust received. It implies being vulnerable, showing my dark areas, spilling my colours into a muddy mess. Allowing others to correct my lines, and cover me where I am wrong.
To be trusted is a greater compliment than being loved.
I can only be strong when I am weak. When I allow myself to be true to my heart, showing my weakness, I can allow the white light to shine into my life.
