Artist statement
Everyone will see something different in an abstract painting. For me, as an artist, it is primarily a play of colour, light and shadow, experimenting with colours and creating fantasy images. What I also like about abstraction is that such a painting can be hung vertically, horizontally and even ‘upside down’ - and in each case it will look new.
