About the art
Artist statement
This work is inspired by the tomato plants in the garden that ripen in the summer and here I have incorporated them into a fruit bowl and it is a still life. It is a visual and abstract representation. My painting is very emotional and has stains and fields of color as the main builder of the composition, but the graphic gesture that amalgamates the composition also emerges.
It is acrylic and a gesso base on linen canvas.
