Artist statement
Inspired by kids having fun, jumping off the Busselton Jetty in Western Australia. At 1.8 km long, it is the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere.
In summer teens gather to jump off the jetty, into sparkling clear water, in an ultimate expression of freedom and athleticism of youth.
Framed in a natural wood floating frame.
Accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity signed by artist.
