Artist statement
With colours of sugar pink, turquoise, hot orange and purple this strong graphic and geometric print is one in a series of two unique artworks inspired by the architecture and interior space of the Young Vic Theatre in London. Hand-printed by Michelle with dyes and pigments on cotton and with a collaged motif in wool that has been stitched in place. This one-off artwork is stretched over a wooden frame.
