Finding yourself: Starting over in a better way, c starting from yourself. Man usually thinks that having to find himself is an absolutely negative thing ... but it is not. Any "crisis" you experience, allows you to see things differently, to grow, to develop new skills, and therefore to become a better "version" of yourself that is also more useful to others ... so it is not totally negative. Of course, overcoming some difficulties can be very difficult but knowing the best strategies to find yourself can be a very useful "shortcut".
