Undivided Attention

I am a mixed media visual artist from Delhi, India. My influences lie in everyday surroundings, domestic pleasures, and the study of light and colour. Cyanotype photography forms the blue print or starting point of my work. Once the print is formed, i take cues to further involve colour theory, light and narrative to form structure. Infusing painting with this process as my medium of expression. There are prompts given by the printing process that lead to creating abstract form through paint. Line, form, impressions, textures, shapes help carve out a new language between light and colour. What starts to form is a sort of interdependence between two mediums.
