Artist statement
"Magical dream" - abstract floral oil painting. The inspiration came after visiting a floral shop where I've found bright and beautiful orange sunflowers. So I used the round shapes and added a bit of neon orange colour to the abstract composition which comes to my mind in the process. I just trust my intuition about what colors to put. It's created in an expressionist style with bold textured oil paint brushstrokes to make definition and focus on a beautiful variety of colours. I have conveyed the emotions of joy, freedom and happiness. Painting was created in light yellow, dark blue, orange, pink, and beige tones.
