About the art
Artist statement
Originally the artwork was created with ink on paper in different variations, later digitalized. It's a declaration of love for Asian sign language. An abstract and poetic interpretation of typography mixed with vibrant pink. A pretty and powerful color, that is currently going to a generational shift and moving away from related stereotypes. "Pinkor 22" is part of the Signs series and was featured in art magazines and presented at international exhibitions.
