The size of the painting is 46x56 cm, the size with the frame is 49x59 cm.
The picture is written from nature.
Salt Lake is located on the southern coast of the Taman Peninsula, between the Bugazsky estuary and the Cape of Iron Horn.
In summer, the lake dries almost completely and its surface is covered with a thin layer of coarse-grained salt. Under the layer of salt lies a layer of black mud. To the touch, this mud resembles mud, only there is a strong smell of hydrogen sulfide.
