Artist statement
The painting was painted in a unique place — in the White Cliff tract on the territory of the Taman Peninsula. This place attracts me with its purity, grandeur and, of course, amazing natural colors: the bright arc of the cliff is replaced by the endless sea horizon. The latter, in turn, connects with silver-purple clouds at sunset.
