Artist statement
This oil on canvas abstract portrait is based on some sketches I did during 2020. Now this painting is available to buy on Artling. Sketching is important part of my creative process.I draw some things which help me to grow an idea of my future artwork. This figurative art piece is based on several drawings of people, mostly one person from local cafe. His face was very emotional and I realized it is very good idea to build my character.
