Artist statement
I do like to work with textures and different materials. I am looking for such combinations in nature and in living spaces. From these observations, a series of wall panels was born - Cities. Each city has a mix of colors, shapes and textures. In the wall sculptures in this series, I tried to reflect my observations. Of course they are very subjective and I do not pretend that your perception will be the same. I create my sculptures based on my personal memories. I combine colors and materials. All fabrics are recycled.
Kyiv is my native city, my place of power and freedom. Green hills, golden churches - my beautiful city, my forever love.
