Artist statement
This oil, acrylic, glitter, and objects painting on high-quality linen and custom-made canvas is titled 'Galactic Tides'. Inspired by the gravitational forces within a galaxy, this piece captures the interactions between celestial objects like stars and gas clouds. These galactic tides influence various aspects of a galaxy's evolution, and the colors and textures in this artwork evoke a sense of this dynamic cosmic interplay. The artwork features various shades of blue and violet painted in a unique gradient, creating a dynamic and visually engaging composition. The painting is finished with a glaze of UV varnish to protect against sunlight and dust damage, and it is signed and dated on the back. A signed Certificate of Authenticity will be included with the artwork. The edges are also painted, making it ready to display without a frame.
