Courage fires up... nudges the spine at rest... This is the description accompanying the title " The Spine Awakens "
I am a Kundalini reiki practitioner & that practice essentially focusses on the power to tap into the root chakra of our body. Which in turn, has the ability to unleash a lot of hidden energy in our circulatory systems, this can be achieved by yoga or meditation. This abstract artwork loosely depicts the unleashing of that powerful energy emerging from the root of the spine. The use of bold & contrasting colours is deliberate to make the viewer feel engaged & energised .
