About the art
Artist statement
This image is an example of Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) photography, capturing the abstract essence of sea waves. The horizontal streaks of colour represent the motion and flow of the waves, creating a smooth, blurred effect that emphasizes the fluidity of the ocean. The image predominantly uses a muted, monochromatic colour palette, with shades of blue and grey, evoking a calm, serene atmosphere. The lack of distinct details allows the viewer to focus on the movement and patterns formed by the blending of light and water, making it a contemplative, minimalist piece.
Three print sizes are available as a Limited Edition of 11 each.
Printed on Giclée Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm paper.
