About the art
Artist statement
I enjoy capturing fleeting moments in time through long-exposure photography, which creates a beautiful blur effect. The painterly look is achieved using Intentional Camera Movement (ICM).
This image portrays a street scene in Essaouira, Morocco. The composition features a soft, blurred, figure cycling through the entrance of the medina, giving it a surreal quality. The minimalist approach emphasizes the essential subjects, resulting in a stark, simple composition that exudes mystery.
