Artist statement
It was one of several summer days when I was lucky enough to witness the moment of dawn. The cool night gave way to morning twilight. The glow from the rising sun revealed the surrounding world in all its diversity. Cool and warm, night and day met here. A thick blue fog spread along the water surface, reaching the coastal vegetation and turning into cold dew, falling on every leaf, every blade of grass. The atmosphere was filled with a certain mystery and mystery. And this is the moment!!! The sun appeared and, piercing the dunes of thick fog with bright rays, anticipated a new day, filling everything around with warmth, energy and light.
This painting is made on canvas with light-resistant oil paints. The canvas is stretched on a wooden stretcher measuring 50 x 70 cm.
