Artist statement
During the quarantine period, I felt blessed by the flowers from my garden. All these beauties would open up during the day and close at night. I wanted to capture that moment in between, the most wonderful movement.
This artwork is printed in a high-quality fine art Hahnemühle Bamboo paper made from 90% bamboo fibres and 10% cotton with a 2cm white border. Bamboo is acid and lignin-free and meets the most precise requirements in terms of age resistance. The unique combination of sustainable bamboo fibres, soft surface texture, and impressive print quality gives the artwork outstanding expression and soul.
