This figurative sculpture has been created from one 12" vinyl music record - nothing has been added to the original circular material, nor removed. The label has been retained and matte varnished (The Sisters Of Mercy - Rise And Reverberate). Mounted on black acrylic block with custom white perspex star. (12 x 12 x 2cm).
The sculptures are caught in states of movement, dance and musing. Function becomes form.
