Artist statement
Abstract oil on canvas (2024) created to complement modern and contemporary interiors.
This piece, inspired by the beautiful and colorful sunsets in Arizona, is meant to imbue your space with the ephemeral warmth and mystery of a landscape caught between day and night.
Nature has always been my main point of reference. I paint from memory, I'm more interested in creating the atmosphere and the emotion I felt when I was in a specific place.
Oil on canvas stretched on wooden frame, 24x36 in, 2024; signed on the front; varnished; ships in a box.
The artwork is accompanied by a certificat of authenticity dated and signed by the artist.
