About the art
Artist statement
This is an original painting of a lone flamingo, preparing to take off for new lands. This is an imaginary landscape, which I tried to infuse with a serene and mystical energy, imagining the landscapes of Chile or Bolivia.
It is painted on deep profile canvas, with the sides painted a natural tan colour. It wil be varnished and ready to hang.
