Artist statement
Mixed media assemblage made out of different materials: plexiglass, metal, PVC, and foam board.
Laser-cut foam board pieces of geometrical shape are attached symmetrically on PVC board.
The pieces are arranged according to a pattern, which creates an optical illusion to the viewer.
A plexiglass sheet is added on top, filtering the unnecessary light and protecting the structure.
Limited edition of 10 copies, numbered and signed.
