Artist statement
A calm and contemplative semi abstract landscape. It is a shimmering colourfield at a distance and is full of fine detail, texture and colours close up.
Inspired by distant landforms, changing horizons and shifting light. Created with lines etched into the hand applied and sanded plaster surface with washes of colour.
