Artist statement
Champagne was not invented it was made by accident, there is no accident if you create opportunity from it. You can look at it as a monk who failed to make wine or a monk who created Champagne. He allowed the opportunity to exist there for it does. When you look at your life look at the opportunity you have chosen not to take and allow that to help you in the future. When the first monk tasted his failure he yelled for everyone to come “I am drinking the stars” he shouted. I have never had Champagne or any Alcohol for that matter but I love the idea of how it was made even better than that how long it has existed.
