Artist statement
A lost dreamscape; a mysterious forest compels towards it and finds us searching for our bearings in the woolly fog of our subconscious. We seek understanding from our world of certainty, it is hard to accept that there is not always an answer for everything we are searching for.
This is a 4th edition C-Type gloss photographic print + 2AP.
This original artwork was photographed on film and printed digitally on a large format Lambda printer.
'The Unknown Forest' was a finalist in the Hazelhurst Art on Paper Prize, 2005.
