About the art
Artist statement
My work "La caricia del viento" is inspired by soft caresses of the wind.
The different perspectives and the three dimensionality of the cooper pieces give a sense of warm harmony and modern aesthetics.
The fine bark pieces are carefully hand cut and finished with a museum quality varnish.
My work without frame measures 50 x 50 x 5 cm. The completed work (framed) measures in total 57 x 57 x 5.7 cm. It is signed on the back and ready to hang.
My wall sculptures from the Dorada, Cobre, Roble and Carbon series have been shortlisted for the international Rise Art Prize 2018, London, UK.
