The landscape was painted en plein air in the city of Chernihiv. Previously, this street was named after the writer Gorky, but now it was renamed Gonchaya Street. Near this courtyard, one of the few publicly accessible water pump (blue) has survived. Summer. Many flowers bloom in the yard. A huge rose bush blossomed especially violently. The old town with its one-story houses is adjacent to the blocks of high-rise buildings. Places that are familiar to me since childhood. The landscape is made in an impressionistic style. The painting was painted with oil paints on a durable primed fiber, glued to hardboard.
