Characterized by Wang Mengsha’s distinct "Xieyi" style, As One Wishes 3 exhibits a playful sense of humour and vibrant colours reminiscent of the renowned artist Walasse Ting, whilst depicting scenes that are generally of interest to traditional Chinese literati. The image of this painting had been selected to promote Ink Asia on the Hong Kong Trams, which travelled between the Whitty Street Tram Depot and the Causeway Bay Terminus from 4-17 October 2023.
