Artist statement
Chakras (meaning ‘wheels’ in Sanskrit) are believed to be the main portals inside our body where the life energy flows. Each Chakra has a unique function and symbolism.
I have been fascinated by Hinduism since young and the concept of seven Chakras gives me an opportunity to introduce this ancient symbolism into my Dot Series.
Heart Chakra is represented by green colour and associated with love and compassion.
