Artist statement
The style of classical ink and wash landscape painting uses only the most basic black and white colors. On a cold winter day, the huge volume of ice and the hard rock seem to be in close symbiosis. The nearest, dripping water turns into ice; further away, there are mountains and waterfalls flowing by itself.
