Nous, laminaires invites viewers on a walk through the natural landscapes of Martinique, a source of inspiration for the poetic writing of Aimé Césaire. A collective journey, which reveals to us the deep self of the Poet, and also the authentic nature of this island and its people. Symbolic and dual landscapes: sometimes magnificent, sometimes catastrophic, sometimes both; sometimes energetic, sometimes destructive, sometimes nightmarish, sometimes both. An eminently poetic nature. Martinique, both a land of suffering and hope.
