About the art
Artist statement
My Migration series are undergoing another evolution. Removing unnecessary, the noise, the opulence of the cloud this latest body of work is more concise simplified yet impact focus almost colour blocking borderline geometric. Certainly more straight line elegance with minimalistic understatement in heart.
There is more unsaid than expressed. It's a lot of layers to achieve the right colour depth and so goes about personality.
Saying much without being wordy.
In my paper plany cloud universe the little vessels of hope, sincerity and pure light are seeking love and affection for each other. Aligned in their paths. Concuring uncertain trajectory come what may. Taking on adventure together as wind lifts their bodies and carries away to what come may.
Id like to think they are a couple. Much alike. Much insink with one another. Follower. Supporter. Leader.
Without fear. Without doubt. Knowing there is a wingman by his/ her side.
