Artist statement
Drawing inspiration from the enchanting Arashiyama bamboo grove in Japan, the linear pattern mirrors the graceful form of bamboo stalks, capturing the essence of nature’s majestic beauty. Evoking the serene atmosphere of the bamboo grove, where gentle whispers of leaves and the calming presence of nature create a sense of tranquility, this work is an ode to our deep connection with the natural world.
