Artist statement
Handcraft in cherry wood, this side table has for particularity the way how it manufactured. The feet of this bedside table are made of small cubes stacked on top of each other.
Visually this provides continuity in the wood thread on the front and back sides, while the sides reveal the end wood.
The hanging storage made of leather can accommodate books and magazines. The two-parts of leather are stitched by hand with linen thread.
