Artist statement

The vessel invites contemplation and wonder, much like the mesmerizing beauty of a summer storm.”
These sculptural vessels are an exploration of texture converging with gesture. The surface texture is designed not only to enhance the gesture in gold but also to add energetic currents that flow around the work.
