Artist statement
Black and white porcelain is combined together to create these seascape vessels. The pieces are created in a mould however the nature of the process means each piece is unique within the series. The inside of the vessels are glazed with a satin white glaze and the exterior are polished until smooth, resembling something like marble. The pieces can be used functionally if desired as the glaze is food safe.
The range comes in four sizes 8x8cm, 16.5x15cm, 18x17cm, 20x19cm
