The Utopia coffee table stands out like a radiant illusory sun. The 120 asymmetrical angled panels impart a rhythmic motion, bringing it to life. Its hypnotic allure and bold and fanciful character attract the gaze of the dreamers.

DRAMA develops a hedonistic approach about creation that transports us into another world, believing in the significant design, a strand against the massification of banal, innocuous products. Add a meaning to function, a reason. The belief in Utopia as a new vocabulary for the generations to come.

Adérito Soares is a prominent Portuguese contemporary designer also founder and creative director of DRAMA Studio. Born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1979, and because the complex economic, social and political situation of the country, Adérito Soares now lives and works in Porto, Portugal.
A designer who bases his approach and creative thinking on clearly conceptual perspective, giving a great emphasis to the meaning and the visual expression of the form.
“I created DRAMA as a platform for my own universe and for other voices that share the same philosophy. A playground for new possibilities. The future is to create another way of thinking about how we can understand and live in our technological, post digital world”.

This collectible design piece is handmade-to-order and can be customized in terms of scale, materials or finishes. This piece includes a “Certificate of Authenticity” signed by the artist.
