Artist statement
Curtain is an elegant dining table design inspired by free flowing fabrics. The table is built up using many layers of precisely cut wood for a theatrical and dramatic effect.
The birchwood is then sandblasted before being lacquered and finished with a glass table-top.
The Curtain Table was first designed in 2014, and recently rediscovered and added to the Solo collection by Duffy London.
The Curtain dining table is a limited edition work.
