Artist statement
The Yellow Crane console table is finely joined with mortise and tenon joinery and then hand sculpted to its present , fluid form. It is meticulously detailed and sprayed with several coats of a pigmented conversion varnish. I love this form, its dynamic stance and exciting color. I have and will build the Crane table in other colors and in various clear-finished hardwoods. This Yellow version is presently available.
