Artist statement
Calabaza (a single word that in Spanish stands for pumpkin / flask), a bottle that refers to archetypal forms derived from the natural world, whose volutes obtained by blowing glass give rise to a living object that appears to be constantly changing. The object is branded on the bottom with silk-screen printing.
