Artist statement
The vases in the Madame set reinterpret traditional Venetian vases, the refined details and delicate colors.
The design arises from the repetition of the flaring, which repeated in with a careful work of decomposition and composition create shapes that are always different but each has a strong personality.
Each piece is handmade, without the use of moulds, by Venetian craftsmen. The color is applied by brush.
Minimal variations in shape, size and color are to be considered an exclusive feature, a sign of quality and non-serial production.
