Artist statement
Lilianna Manahan x Jiri Pacinek
The Frame Candelabra is an extended part of a series called "Frame", where each object depicts a certain milestone/memory being formed and in a state of flux. The concept is based on a Psalm from the Bible, Psalm 139 where it talks about God making each person in a special and specific way, thus also showing a very personal relationship with His best creations, us. This particular subject, 'Delight' reminds the viewer that we have a Creator that delights in His creations.
